The beauty and durability of tap surfaces largely depend on their correct management and maintenance. Before proceeding with any installation, it is advisable to check the condition of the pipes and their degree of deterioration. The release of sediment or metallic materials from old or worn systems, in fact, could seriously compromise the functioning of the taps. Similarly, a significant presence of impurities and limescale in the water can accelerate the wear of the cartridge, to the point of permanently compromising its functionality. The cartridge is never covered by warranty, as it is subject to consumption, and its duration is strictly linked to the quality of the water. To prevent these problems, we recommend the use of tap filters and/or water softeners.
Machine maintenance
It is essential to adopt some simple precautions in cleaning and maintaining steel so that it maintains its technical characteristics and surface shine. To keep the taps always shiny, after each use dry the water deposits that could turn into limescale with a soft cloth. Limescale residues form especially in corners and joints; to remove them, you need to use a delicate detergent to spray on a cloth and NEVER directly on the affected area. Wash the surfaces with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and finally dry thoroughly with a soft cloth following the direction of the brushing.
ATTENTION!
Do not use scouring pads or metal brushes for cleaning and avoid sanitizing products such as bleach, ethylene oxides (disinfectants), hydrochloric acid (muriatic) and abrasive or powdered detergents.
Do not place cloths or sponges soaked in detergents on the surfaces. Do not leave open bottles of detergents or other chemical products of acidic composition near the taps as the fumes could corrode the steel.
WARRANTY
All products are carefully tested and checked. However, if any problems are found regarding the quality or the tightness of the material, upon authorization, it will be possible to proceed with the return of the returned item, which will be examined. The pieces that are found to be defective due to manufacturing defects or fault attributable to the company will be replaced. The company assumes no responsibility in the event of tampering with the materials supplied. Furthermore, any additional compensation for damages resulting from the installation of defective materials is excluded.
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 years. The guarantee includes: molding and/or casting defects, sealing and/or porosity defects, and chrome plating defects attributable to the company. The guarantee does not include: deterioration of the taps due to incorrect installation or improper use, and deterioration of chrome or galvanized surfaces caused by the use of unsuitable products or abrasive substances, which should be cleaned only with soap and water.
